Self-Pay Rates
Don’t have insurance? No problem! Our self-pay rates are among the lowest in our market and industry! At Premier Urgent Care, your health matters to us and we will do everything we can to get you the best medical care you need at the lowest cost possible. Payment plans may be available upon request.
Tier I: $130
Tier 1 services are basic with no interventions needed. If a patient requires an x-ray for possible fracture or dislocation they must be seen under Tier II.

- Standard office visit
- Medications (to include all injections)
- EKG
- X-Ray (one image – none orthopedic)
- Point of care testing
- Physicals

Tier II: $250
Tier II services are more complex and require interventions provided by a skilled nurse practitioner.
Note: If the x-ray is negative and they require no further interventions (crutches/splinting,) they will be converted back to a Tier I service.

How much do I have to pay?
That depends on your insurance. Your insurance company will tell us what we need to charge you. Usually, you will only pay the copay indicated by your insurance company or a percentage toward your deductible.
What do I have to bring to be seen?
Insurance companies require us to verify your identity with picture ID and an up-to-date Insurance card.
What is the average self-pay cost?
The self-pay cost for a sick visit will start at $125 and up, depending on recommended course of treatment. Our average self-pay visit is between $125-$250 per visit. Rest assured, at Premier Urgent Care, we will always discuss the cost PRIOR to performing the treatment and include you in the decision-making process of your visit.
